I have been going to Lisa for several years now. Every month I get a massage. Sometimes I get a full body relaxation massage and other times Lisa finds the trigger points that are causing pain and works them out. Massage has become a part of my life and health routine. Years ago I would get a stiff neck and hope it would go away. Eventually, I would have pain with the slightest movement. This hasn’t happened for years.
Massage, yoga and good (most of the time) nutrition are keeping my body flexible and crackle-free.
I highly recommend Lisa. She brings a calm, relaxing atmosphere to the table and she knows much better than me where the work is needed. Massage has kept small problems from getting bigger. Do it!!!
